We specialize in the installation of drip and sprinkler systems as well as the integration of landscaping water features. Our custom-designed irrigation systems are no-hassle solutions to keeping your plants, trees and grass healthy while conserving our most precious resource—water. We will zone landscape areas to water only according to that area's watering needs which creates the most efficient, cost effective system possible. Proper zoning of your system may cost more upfront, but pays for itself in reduced maintenance and water costs. Through proper installation, repair and monitoring, your irrigation system will keep your landscape looking its' best!
Our Irrigation services include:
- New installations
- Irrigation system turn-on and winterize
- Additions and repair of existing systems
- Installation and maintenance of ponds and water features
- French Drain/Wick Installation
These are primarily used to prevent ground and surface water from penetrating or damaging building foundations. These drains can redirect rain gutter downspouts or surface and ground water away from an area and/or towards your plants and trees.
- Rainwater catchment systems
Rainwater catchment is the process of collecting, storing, and later using rainwater from rock out-crops, gutters, roofs, driveways and other surfaces. The rainwater can be directed to above or below ground holding tanks and used for irrigating your landscape. Harvesting rainwater offers many advantages: it conserves municipal and well water; it is free; gravity fed systems conserve energy; it is low in salts and good for plants; and it can reduce flooding and erosion.
- Greywater Reuse
Reusing grey water for yard watering or toilet flushing reduces water demand, and reduces the volume of sewage to be treated by municipal treatment plants. Any water that has been used in the home, except water from toilets, is called grey water. Dish, shower, sink, and laundry water comprise 50-80% of residential "waste" water. This may be reused for other purposes, especially landscape irrigation.
